Refund Policy

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or replacement possible.

However, in the rare event that:

  • You receive a damaged product, or
  • The item received is not as per your order

You must inform customer service via email within 24 hours of the delivery along with images of the delivered product. We will work to resolve this issue and, in our sole discretion, we will authorize a return and issue a replacement.

NOTE: All damaged items or items not as per your order that are to be returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, otherwise it will not be taken back.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

In case we receive a request for cancellation and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount within 7 to 10 working days through the same payment mode through which the payment was made, i.e., electronic transfer, Online Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, etc.

However, we will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us. www.cloud9retail.com has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by www.cloud9retail.com and accepts www.cloud9retail.com‘s decision regarding the cancellation.
